How to order from EFF
All the fonts for all platforms are available directly from us. They can be delivered to you by traditional mail or by e-mail. We accept e-mail orders, and in most cases are able to send the fonts by return.

When you place an order with us we need to have the following information:
- The names of the fonts and weights (e.g. EFF Eric Bold)
- The language / alphabet required (if other than English / Standard)
- Your computer operating system (e.g. Windows 98, Mac OS 8, Risc OS 2)
- The font format required (e.g. TrueType, PostScript, Risc OS 3) - check on the platform page if you are not sure
- If you require a other than single user licence
- Your name, postal address and if you pay by credit card, the card details.
All prices are for single user licence unless stated. School Site Licence costs extra 50% of the normal price for all the machines on the site. Business Site Licence for up to 12 computers costs extra 20% for each computer on the site. Large site licences are also available.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Access, American Express, but not Switch), cheques drawn on a UK bank, postal orders and cash. Official orders from UK schools and educational establishments, quoting an order number, are welcome.
Your order will be normally dispatched on the same day by first class post. Overseas orders are dispatched by air-mail. Registered, recorded or courier delivery can be arranged on request (charged extra at cost). E-mail delivery is also available.
All prices exclude carriage and VAT. EEC customers who do not supply their VAT number will be charged VAT at the current UK rate (17.5%).
The carriage charges are as follows:
- Software with manuals to UK (up to UKP 100) UKP 1.50 per order
- Software with manuals to UK (over UKP 100) free of charge
- Software with manuals to the rest of Europe by air-mail UKP 3.00 per order
- Software with manuals to the rest of the world by air-mail UKP 4.50 per order
- Font files only by e-mail UKP 1.50 per order
